Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5 business days during peak season, from Black Friday through December). Most orders then arrive 10–15 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order changes

Need to change the address or cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund your order.
